Does the equipment come with an operator?
Yes, all our hires include a trained operator at no additional cost.

Is setup time included in the 4-hour hire?
No, setup is not part of the hire time. Our operators will arrive before your booking starts to ensure everything is ready on time.
Can the bumper cars be used on grass?
No, bumper cars require a flat, hard surface like asphalt or a tennis court. However, our Mini Jeeps are suitable for use on grass.
What if my event is on council land?
We work with local councils to process a permit application prior to your event date.
What surfaces are suitable for bouncy castles and inflatables?
They can be set up on both grass and tarmac. Please let us know the surface type beforehand so we can bring the correct safety equipment.
Are you registered with WorkSafe?
Yes, our equipment is certified through WorkSafe. We also hold a SHE certificate, which recognizes our commitment to high health and safety standards. All our inflatables meet Australian Standards.
